Chennai Home Helpline Private Limited

We are over at Green Lakes, specifically Flat 410 B on Karanaipuducherry Road. It’s a busy spot in Urapakkam. A few of us got together to start Chennai Home Helpline Private Limited because things just break around the house all the time and people need someone to call. We aren't a big fancy office. We work out of this flat in Kancheepuram. Most days involve just picking up the phone and trying to figure out who is available to go out and fix a leak or look at a wire. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when the rains come. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We've been at Plot No 7 for a while now. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes the person we send out is late because of the traffic on the main road, but we try to stay honest about it. Living and working in Kancheepuram means we know the local issues pretty well. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a small group of people trying to keep things running. If you walk past Green Lakes, you'll see our place. We keep the doors open and the phones are usually ringing. It’s just how things go in a place like this. We handle the paperwork and the scheduling right here from the flat. It’s a bit cramped with all the logs and registers, but it works for what we need to do.
