Bamboo Food Centre

We are the Bamboo Food Centre. You can find us at 94/7 in Maraimalai Nagar. We are really close to the post office, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing errands. It’s a busy little area. We’ve been serving food here for some time now. The place isn't very large, but we make do with the space we have. There are a few tables and it gets a bit crowded during the lunch hour. We mostly see the same faces every day, which is nice. It feels more like a kitchen at home than a big restaurant. We focus on getting the food out and making sure people have a place to sit for a minute. The menu is simple. We don’t try to do anything too fancy. It’s just honest cooking. Sometimes we run out of things early if it’s a busy day. Being near the post office means there’s always something going on outside. We like the noise and the people passing by. If you’re in Maraimalai Nagar and hungry, just head towards the post office and you’ll see our door. We’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know exactly where we are.
