Balaraman Gold Mohanaraja Creators

Our place is located at Plot Number 9 in Vinoth Nagar, specifically in the Kelambakkam area. It is a bit of a mouthful, the name Balaraman Gold Mohanaraja Creators, but we just focus on the building part. We are situated near Vijayothi Nagar, and it’s a developing spot. We have been working around here for a while, mostly dealing with residential plots and small construction tasks. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of site maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time walking around the Sf No. 1483/12A3 site and other nearby plots. Kelambakkam has changed a lot recently, with more people moving out this way from the main city. We just handle the day-to-day coordination of laborers and materials. Sometimes the sand doesn't arrive on time or we have issues with the water supply, but we manage. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some technical drawings. We take the work as it comes and try to stay organized. It is just honest construction work in a part of town that is growing fast. We just stay busy with it day after day.
