Avigna Properties (P) Ltd

Our office for Avigna Properties (P) Ltd is located at 8/42 in Shanthasaraswathi Nagar, which is over in the Amanambakkam area. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that makes it a little quieter than being right in the center of things. We like it that way. The building is a standard residential-looking place where we’ve converted part of it for our work. Sometimes the street gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up, or you might hear the neighbor’s dog barking while we are trying to talk on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a big glass entrance. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a computer or a ledger. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to folks about the land around here. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of us who have lived in this part of the city for years. We know where the water sits after a heavy rain and which roads are getting repaired soon. We don't use any of those scripted lines or big promises. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their property stuff. It’s a simple life and we aren't looking to change much. If you come by, we might offer you a glass of water and sit down for a chat about the neighborhood. We have a small shelf with some old binders that have been there since we opened. There is a tea shop on the corner where we usually go if we need a break from the paperwork.
