Our place is at No.122, Block No.2 in the ETA Star Globevill. It’s in Mambakkam, Sriperambudur, part of the wider Chennai area. Assetdia Realty Private Limited is the name we use. Being out here in Sriperambudur means we are close to a lot of new developments. The office is inside the Globevill complex. It’s a decent enough place to work. We spend our days looking at property listings and talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just do our work and go home. Sometimes the commute into the main part of Chennai is long, but we like being based out here. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us in Block No.2. The office can be a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere. We don't mind. It shows we are actually working. Assetdia Realty Private Limited is basically just us trying to make a go of things in the real estate market. We know the 602106 area quite well by now. It’s a simple life, really. We focus on the properties and the people who need them. We’ve been here since the start and we plan on staying for a while. We aren't flashy, just practical. Every day brings something new to look at.
