Arib Designers & Developers Privatelimited

Our office is Arib Designers & Developers Private Limited and we are located in Keelkattalai. We’ve got a space at No. 3 in the Gangothri Apartments on Vallakottai Murugan Street. It’s a bit different being in an apartment building, but it works well for us. It’s a residential area, so it’s usually quite calm unless there’s some construction going on nearby, which is ironic considering that’s what we do. We do a mix of design work and property development. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or trying to explain a drawing to someone on a building site. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don’t have a fancy showroom. We just have our computers and a few tables where we can spread out big drawings. Sometimes we have clients come over and we just sit and talk about what they want over a cup of tea. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it seems to work for everyone involved. We aren't trying to be the most famous designers in Chennai. We just want to make things that look okay and don't fall apart. We’ve been in Keelkattalai for a bit now and we like the vibe of the street. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to stay busy throughout the year.
