Alfa One Builders India Private Limited

Our office is over on the second floor of 107 Walaja Salai in Chepauk. If you know the Chennai area, specifically around Chepauk, you’ve likely been past this building. It’s an older spot but it stays busy. Alfa One Builders has been operating from here for some time. We handle different building projects around the city. Usually, the office is full of blueprints and site supervisors coming in to drop off reports. Being in the heart of Chennai means there's always noise from the street, but we've gotten used to it. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that. Just a practical workspace where we manage our daily tasks. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. Building things in this city can be a headache with the traffic and the heat, but we manage. We aren't big on fancy talk or marketing. We just take on projects and try to see them through. Sometimes things get delayed because that's just how construction goes in a place like this. But we show up every day at the Walaja Salai office and get back to it. It’s a simple setup we have here. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall nearby pretty well by now. It’s just how we do things at Alfa One. We have our hands full but we like it.
