Akshaya Agri And Property Developersprivate Limited is located in Manavala Nagar, right on the 1st floor of the Balaji Complex. Our address is number 50 on the Poonathamalli Highway Road. It’s a very visible spot if you’re driving along that way. We deal with both agricultural land and property development. It’s a bit of a mix, which keeps things interesting for us. Some days we are talking about soil and crops, and other days it’s all about layout approvals and construction permits. The office in Balaji Complex is where we keep all our records and meet with people. It’s usually quite busy with people coming and going. The Highway Road is always loud, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of trucks passing by. We aren't a corporate giant. We’re just a group of people who understand the local land and how to develop it. We’ve been at this for a while now. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us through friends or family. We don’t do much in the way of fancy brochures. We’d rather just walk the land with a client and explain things directly. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We spend as much time out in the sun as we do in the office. It can be exhausting, but we like being involved in how this part of the city is growing and changing. It is hard work but satisfying at the end of the day.
