AIKYA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Perungalathur, which has really grown over the last few years. Our office is at No. 12 on Veeramamuniver Street, just off S.A. Koil Street. It’s a busy little pocket of Chennai. Aikya Builders is a small team and we spend most of our time out on site. The office is where we keep all the records and meet with people to talk about their plans. It’s a plain space, nothing fancy, just what we need to get the job done. You can hear the traffic and the local life outside the window all day. We do a lot of residential work around this side of the city. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts. We spend a lot of time making sure we have enough sand and bricks. The rains can really mess up our schedule, but we try to work around it. There’s no big corporate philosophy here. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us well. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to finish a project on time. We usually grab a quick lunch from the shop around the corner and get back to it. It’s a practical way to live and work. We just take things as they come and try to keep the progress moving along steadily.
