We’ve been in Tambaram East for a while. People around here know where Plot 14 is. We aren't a massive firm, just a local group of people working in real estate. It’s a lot of walking around and looking at properties, then coming back here to do the paperwork. Sometimes the traffic on Indian Air Force Road makes us late, but that’s just Chennai for you. We don't use fancy brochures or anything. We just talk to people and try to help them out with their housing needs. 1Abov Realty Private Limited is our small business.
