We are located out in the village of Bajitpur, which falls under the Matanhalli tehsil in the Jhajjar district. It is a very traditional part of the region, surrounded by farmland and small rural communities. Jk Lakshmi Cement Limited has its operations here, and it is a major part of the local economy. Most of the people who work at this site come from Bajitpur or the neighboring villages, so it feels like a very local crew. The work is mostly about managing the flow of cement bags out to the various construction sites across Jhajjar. We deal with the mud during the monsoon season and the dry heat in the summer months.
