You can find Ucm Enterprises at No- 16 in the Dobaspet Industrial Area over in Tumkur. Being in an industrial zone means there is always something going on around us. Our building isn't anything special to look at, but it serves its purpose for the work we do. We have been here for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. There’s a lot of noise and movement on our street, which is just how it is in Dobaspet. We mostly stay focused on our own tasks. Our team is small, and we all know each other's names. We don't have a HR department or big meetings; we just talk over what needs to get done in the morning. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, but we just deal with it. It’s the kind of place where you get your hands dirty. We take care of our equipment and try to make sure everything runs as smooth as it can. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well and keep the business running. Tumkur is a good place for this kind of work. We’re glad to be part of the local industry here and hope to keep things moving forward. It’s a tough life but it is ours.
