Mitra Soft It Solutions

Mitra Soft It Solutions is based on the fourth floor of the Swapna Building at Central Junction in Chaganacherry. It’s a good climb up, but it gives us a bit of a view of the junction below. We spend most of our time in front of screens, writing code and fixing software problems. It’s quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the sounds of the town outside. Chaganacherry is a nice place to be, and the Central Junction is usually buzzing with activity. We aren't a massive tech company with thousands of employees. We’re just a small group of people who enjoy solving puzzles and making things work on a computer. The office has some computers, a few chairs, and a small area where we make tea. We don't have any fancy posters or corporate slogans. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. If something isn't working right, we sit down and figure out why. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in the Swapna Building for a while now, and we’re pretty settled in. We like that we can just be ourselves here without needing to put on a show for anyone. It’s straightforward IT work, done by people who actually live and work in the community. No big fuss, just getting the job done.
