Vishal Criticare Company

Vishal Criticare Company is based over at 4602 - C in Sector - 70, Mohali. It’s more of a residential-style building where we’ve set up our operations. We focus on critical care equipment, which means we handle a lot of machines and monitors that hospitals use every day. The office is usually a bit of a maze with boxes of equipment waiting to be tested or sent out to customers. We have a small desk area where we handle the calls and the billing. Sector - 70 is a decent area, relatively calm compared to the industrial parts of Mohali. Most of our work involves making sure these machines are ready to go when a clinic needs them urgently. We don't have a big fancy storefront or anything to show off. It’s just us working in this space, surrounded by technical manuals and spare parts. Sometimes we have to move furniture around just to fit a new delivery in when the courier arrives. We spend a lot of time on the phone with technicians or hospital staff. The kitchen area in the back is where we usually take our tea breaks and talk about the day’s tasks. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing; we just stay busy with the equipment we have. It’s honest work, keeping track of all these medical devices in our Sector - 70 spot. We just keep the routine going day after day.
