Amson Products Of India is based at 557 Industrial Area Phase II. We’ve been in this part of the industrial zone for many years. Our building isn't anything modern or flashy, just a solid place where we make our products. The machines are old but they still run well if you know how to treat them. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but we don’t mind the quiet back here. We mostly spend our time on the production floor making sure everything is coming out right. There’s always a bit of oil on the floor and the smell of metal in the air. That is just how an industrial shop is. We don't have a big HR department or a fancy lobby. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a project or sorting out a shipment. We handle our own shipping and packing most of the time. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We like the independence of it. Sector II has changed a lot, with new buildings going up nearby, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s not a complicated life. We show up, do the work, and make sure the products are ready to go out to the trucks.
