We’ve been here at Plot Number -29 in Sector 26 for quite a while now. The Timber Market is always a bit noisy and dusty, but that is just how it goes when you are working with wood every day. If you come by our place, you will see piles of planks and logs waiting to be moved. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. We spend most of our time out on the floor or dealing with the trucks coming in and out. The weather gets hot in the summer, and the shed gets stuffy, but we just keep at it. Most of us have been around this area for years, so we know the neighbors and the other shop owners pretty well. Sometimes the traffic in the market gets backed up, especially on busy mornings when everyone is trying to load up at once. We handle a lot of paperwork too, though mostly it is just keeping track of what comes in and what goes out. It’s hard work, and our hands are usually a bit rough from the timber, but it’s what we know. You can find us easily enough once you get into the market area of Sector 26. We don't have a big sign with lights, just the usual setup you’d expect from a place like this. We are just regular people doing a regular job, trying to get the orders right and keep things moving.
