L & T Construction

You can find us on Chandigarh Road, right in the middle of Industrial Area Phase I. We are quite close to the International Airport, so you can often hear the planes taking off while we work. This L & T Construction office is a hub for our local projects. Being in an industrial area means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. It is a very practical place to be. We don't spend money on fancy rugs or expensive art for the walls. The office is full of maps, blueprints, and hard hats. Our team is usually out on different sites, but this is where we all come back to coordinate. The traffic on Chandigarh Road can be a real nightmare during the mornings, but we have all learned to start early. We do a lot of heavy lifting and planning here. It is a straightforward environment. The sound of the international airport is just background noise to us now. It reminds us how busy this part of the city is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel and concrete we are working with today. We don't have a PR department writing stuff for us; we just write down what needs to be done on a whiteboard. People who work here are mostly locals who know the industrial phase inside out. We focus on the building work and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. It’s a lot of coordination and simple hard work.
