We are located in SCO 38-39 in Sector-17-A, which is right near the Taj Hotel. It’s a good spot in a busy part of the city. At Siddharth Travels Pvt L, we spend most of our time on the phones or looking at computer screens to figure out travel routes and tickets. The office has maps on the walls and stacks of brochures that have been there for a while. People come in looking for help with their trips, whether it’s for work or a family holiday. It can get a bit chaotic when there are delays or cancellations and everyone wants answers at once. We sit at our desks and try to find the best options available at the moment. Sector 17 is usually buzzing with people, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a few old wooden desks and some chairs for customers to sit while we talk through their plans. It’s not a high-tech lounge; it’s just a place where we do the legwork for people’s travels. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Most of our day is just checking schedules and making sure the paperwork is in order for the next departure. It is a lot of back and forth, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening.
