Subash & Associates

Subash & Associates is based in Sector 22, at the SCO-2469-70 building. This part of the sector is usually buzzing with activity, and our office is no different. We’ve got a fairly large space to accommodate all the files and drawings we’ve collected over the years. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it works for us and the way we do things. We spend a lot of our time meeting with people or sitting in the back trying to solve some structural puzzle. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a client or a delivery person. We handle a variety of tasks, and our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real working office, not a staged one. We’ve been in Sector 22 long enough to know the local rhythms and the people who work in the nearby shops. Our work takes us all over, but this is where we come back to do the hard thinking. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just draw up plans, check the regulations, and try to make sure everything is solid. It’s a lot of detail work that most people don’t see, but we know it’s there. We’ve had plenty of rainy days where the roof leaked a bit, but we just put a bucket under it and kept going. That’s just life here.
