Instant Cash

We are located over in Sector-35/C here in Chandigarh. Our spot is at 2292/1, and if you know the area, it is pretty easy to find once you are on the right street. It is not a massive fancy office or anything, just a regular place where we handle the Instant Cash stuff every day. Usually, I am the one sitting behind the counter dealing with whoever walks through the door. Chandigarh is a planned city, so the sectors are all laid out, but it still gets crowded around here during the lunch hour. We have been in this specific spot for a while, and the neighbors know us by now. The walls are a bit plain, and the chairs are just the standard plastic ones, but they do the job for what we need. I spend a lot of time looking at receipts and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the shift. Sometimes people come in a hurry, and sometimes they just want to chat for a minute while we process things. It is mostly quiet work, punctuated by the sound of the door opening or the fan humming overhead. I try to keep the desk organized, though papers always seem to find a way to pile up by Friday. It is just a local business doing what we do in this part of town. Our sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but we are here every day regardless.
