We are based in a house in Chandigarh, specifically Sector 12. It’s an old Type-11-H house, nothing like those modern glass buildings you see in Gurgaon, even though our name says Gurgaon. It’s a bit confusing for people sometimes. We moved things here because it’s a bit more relaxed. House No. 5 is just a regular place where we set up some tables and computers to handle management work. The sector is pretty green, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the traffic picks up. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who’ve known each other for years. Most of our day is spent dealing with files and answering emails. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just help businesses manage their back-end stuff. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the trees outside, but we manage. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a coffee machine that makes lattes. It’s just instant coffee and hard work. People find us because of the work we do, not because of some big advertisement. We’ve been at this address for a while now, and the neighbors know us. It’s quiet, it’s functional, and it gets the job done without any unnecessary noise or fuss. We usually head out by six in the evening.
