Simple Provision Store

Our little shop is located at 163/2 in Manimajra. It’s just a basic provision store where we stock the usual things like flour, pulses, spices, and soaps. It’s not very big inside at all. We’ve got bags of stuff sitting on the floor sometimes when the delivery comes in and we haven't put it away yet. Most of the people living around here come in for their daily milk or some sugar when they run out mid-cooking. We know a lot of the faces that walk through the door because they've been coming for years. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. The shelves are packed right up to the ceiling because we try to fit in as much as we can. Sometimes the old fan makes a bit of noise in the summer heat. We keep track of things in a notebook usually. It’s just an old-fashioned way of running a store. Nothing fancy or high-tech here. If you need something for your kitchen, we probably have it sitting on a shelf somewhere. We try to keep the staples ready. It gets a little dusty because of the road outside, so we’re always wiping things down. It’s just a regular place for regular errands. No big signs or flashy lights. Just a door and some groceries. We’ve been here in Manimajra for a bit now, just serving the people on this street.
