S.D. Singh & Associates

Our office, S.D. Singh & Associates, is located at No.3255 in Sector-35-D. It’s a quiet part of the sector, which is nice for when we need to focus on our drawings. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team of architects and assistants who work on local building projects. Most of our work is for people who live in or around Chandigarh. They might be looking to build a new house or renovate an old one. We sit down with them, look at the land, and start sketching out some ideas. It involves a lot of technical stuff like structural calculations and making sure we follow all the local building laws. The office is usually filled with the sound of computers and the smell of tea. We have stacks of blueprints everywhere, and it can be hard to find a clean spot on a desk sometimes. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and let people see the results for themselves. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who were referred to us by others we’ve worked with. It’s a straightforward business, and we like being part of the community here in Sector-35-D. We just take it one project at a time and try to do a solid job.
