You can find us at Sco 165 in Sector 38. We occupy a space in the C & D block, which is a pretty decent area for the kind of work we do. We handle a lot of heavy machinery parts and equipment. It isn't the sort of place where you’ll see fancy carpets or expensive paintings on the walls. It’s a real working office. Most of the time, we’re busy talking to people about concrete pumps and mixers or looking up part numbers. The shelves are usually packed with manuals and spare parts that are waiting to be sent out to different sites. We try to keep everything organized, but when things get busy, there are papers and boxes all over the place. The staff here has been with us for a long time, so we really know how the machines work. We don't go for any high-pressure sales tactics. Usually, people come to us because they have a specific problem or they need a replacement part right away. Sector 38 is a good location because it’s easy for the big transport trucks to get to us without getting stuck in the heavy city traffic. We start our day with some coffee and get straight to the work. Sometimes we have to stay a bit late if a shipment is running behind. It’s just a regular, day-to-day operation. We’re just a bunch of people who know these machines and get the job done for our customers.
