S V S Earth Movers is located in Sector 47, specifically at M G Road 102. If you know the area, it's pretty easy to find because of the heavy machinery usually parked nearby. We deal with the big stuff like excavators and backhoes. Most of our work involves coordinating where the machines need to go for different digging or construction jobs around the city. It’s a dusty business, honestly. My desk is usually covered in a thin layer of grime no matter how much I wipe it down. We’ve been at this spot for several years now and have seen the buildings around Sector 47 go up one by one. The yard isn't fancy, just a functional space for maintenance and storage. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site managers and checking on fuel levels. Repairs take up a good chunk of our budget because these machines go through a lot of wear and tear. Sometimes a hydraulic line bursts or a bucket tooth breaks, and everything stops until it’s fixed. It’s a stressful life but it keeps us busy. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the iron. We show up, check the grease points, and get the operators moving. Sector 47 has changed a lot, but we stay right here on MG Road doing the same thing every day. It's hard work but someone has to do it.
