You can find Santnam Namita & Associates over at SCO 190-92 in Sector 8-C, right on the Madhya Marg. It’s a good location in Chandigarh, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. The office is a straightforward workspace where we handle a variety of architecture and consulting jobs. We aren't really into the whole corporate polishing thing. Our desks are usually covered in files, blueprints, and empty coffee mugs. We spend our time working through the details of building designs and making sure everything is up to code. It’s a lot of technical work that requires a lot of patience. People come to us when they have a project in mind, whether it’s something for their business or a personal home. We sit down and talk through what’s possible and what isn't. There’s a lot of back and forth with the local authorities to get everything approved. It can be a slow process, but we’re used to it. The team here is small, and we prefer it that way so we can actually focus on the drawings. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been in Sector 8-C long enough for people to know who we are. It’s a practical business, and we just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. We see a lot of regulars who come back for every new project.
