Sales Engineer

Down here at 5253/1 in the Modern Housing Complex of Manimajra, you’ll find our Sales Engineer office. Chandigarh is a well-planned city, and being in the Manimajra area puts us in a spot where we can reach a lot of people easily. We don't have a huge, gleaming office building. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the engineering sales side of things. Most of the day involves looking at catalogs, talking to suppliers, and trying to help people find the right parts for their projects. It gets quite busy, especially in the mornings when the emails start piling up. We aren't really about the high-pressure sales tactics you hear about. We just tell people what we have and how much it costs. The Modern Housing Complex is a decent place to work, though finding parking can be a bit of a chore sometimes. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the computer or the phone. It’s just basic engineering support and sales work. No fancy mission statements or corporate talk here. We just try to get the right engineering components to the right people without making it too complicated. It’s a steady job in a nice part of town, and we’re happy to keep it that way for the long run.
