Shivaj Engineering Works

Shivaj Engineering Works is located at 24/9 in the Industrial Area Phase II. If you spend any time in Phase II, you know it is mostly factories and workshops around here. Our place is no different from the rest. It is a shop floor filled with heavy machines, grease, and the sound of metal being worked on. We have been operating out of this industrial block for years. It gets pretty hot in the summer and the noise is almost constant, but that is just the nature of engineering work. We mostly deal with metal parts and repairs for other businesses in the area. There is always a thin layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we try to sweep up. We wear our work clothes and don't worry too much about looking neat for anyone. What matters is that the machines are running and the jobs are finished on time. We have a small office corner where we keep the blueprints and some old coffee mugs, but most of our time is spent out on the floor. It is a tough environment but it suits us just fine. We know the other guys in the neighboring units pretty well. We often help each other out with tools or advice when something gets stuck. It is a community of people who work with their hands. Just a straightforward workshop.
