Sachdeva General Store

Sachdeva General Store is located at Booth Number 27 in Sector 31 C. It’s a small place, just like the other booths in this row. I started this shop about ten years ago after I left my old job. We keep things like tea, sugar, lentils, and different types of snacks. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find anything fancy or imported, just the regular brands that everyone uses. The aisle is quite tight, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over with your bag. I keep the most popular items right near the counter so I don't have to keep walking to the back. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit when it's on high speed, but it keeps the air moving. My nephew comes in to help me on Saturdays when it gets a bit more hectic with people doing their weekly shopping. We don't have a phone in the shop, so if you need us, you just have to drop by. Sometimes the stock doesn't arrive on time because of the traffic, so the shelves might look a bit empty for a day or two. It’s just me doing my best to provide what the neighborhood needs. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything, we're just happy to keep things going as they are. It’s a quiet life but I like talking to the regular customers every day.
