Our office is located in Sector-15 D in Chandigarh, at 3152-A. If you live in Chandigarh, you know the sectors are usually pretty quiet and organized, and Sector 15 has a nice local feel to it. We handle medicare systems and various medical recording devices here. Our space is mostly full of tools and testing gear because the work we do is very technical. We aren't a large international firm; we’re just a local branch that supports the medical facilities in this region. There are only a few of us here, and we’ve been working together for quite a long time. Much of our day is spent either troubleshooting equipment for someone over the phone or heading out to a hospital to help with a setup. We don't have a big reception area or a sales department because we don't really need them for what we do. People mostly get in touch when their recording machines aren't acting right, and we just focus on getting them fixed up. It’s steady work and we enjoy the pace. Sector-15 is a good spot for us because it’s easy to reach most parts of the city quickly. The office is simple and functional, which suits us just fine. We don't like using corporate language; we’d rather just talk about the hardware and how to keep it running for the medical staff who need it every day.
