Radient Spices Private Limited

Our place is at #5/847 in Sector-45, specifically in the Burail area of Chandigarh. If you walk by, the smell of spices usually hits you from the street. Radient Spices Private Limited is what we are doing here. Bags of different seeds and powders are scattered everywhere. It is a very colorful workplace. Grinding and mixing takes up a lot of time. Hands end up smelling like cumin or coriander for days. Burail is a very crowded and busy spot, so noise and people are always outside. We have to be careful with the dust because it makes everyone sneeze if we aren't careful. The space isn't very big, so staying organized is a must. Simple machines are used for the packaging. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit to get back to work. There are no fancy corporate titles here. Everyone just helps out with whatever needs doing. Weight of the bags is mostly checked by hand. Floors get stained yellow from the turmeric. That color is hard to get out. We have been in Sector-45 for a good while. It is a tough business but we keep at it every day. Trucks often arrive with more raw spices to sort through. A lot of manual labor is required but nobody minds it much. We usually lock up the shop around seven in the evening.
