We've been at Shop Number-16 on Thakur Dwara Road for a while now. Mani Majra is a busy spot, and being right here in Chandigarh means we see a lot of people coming through. It’s just a small place, nothing too fancy. People find us easily enough on the way to the temple. We focus on getting the food right and making sure everyone who walks in feels okay. There isn't much to say about the history or anything. We just opened up because we like cooking and wanted to have a spot in the local market. The shop is usually busy around lunch, especially with the locals from around 160101. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded, but that’s just how it goes on this road. We keep things simple. No big signs or flashy lights. We just handle the kitchen and make sure the tables are clean. It’s a job like any other, but we enjoy the routine of it. Most of our regulars live nearby or work in the shops around us. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth seems to work fine. If you're walking down Thakur Dwara Road, you'll see us there. We don't change things up too much. The menu stays the same, and we try to keep the prices where they've always been. It’s a straightforward business in a straightforward part of town. We're just Town Spice, doing what we do every day.
