This place is located right at House Number 227 in Phase 3A of Mohali. It’s more of a neighborhood setting than a big business park, which we actually prefer. You get to know the neighbors and the people walking their dogs. We’ve been operating out of this house for a bit now. It feels more personal than a glass building downtown. People sometimes get confused with the phases in Mohali, but once they find 3A, we aren’t hard to spot. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We open up, get the coffee going, and start working through the tasks. It’s a decent space to work in. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with cars, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have any big signs or flashing lights. We just do our business quietly. It’s a local setup, through and through. The weather here in Punjab can get quite hot in the summers, so we keep the fans running. We’ve got a small team here. Everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. It’s not about being the biggest, just about doing the job right from this specific spot. If you’re ever around Phase 3A, you might see us coming and going. It’s a steady kind of life here at Paul Merchants Ltd. We’ve grown fond of this little corner of Mohali over the years.
