Our setup is at House No. 384 in Sector 8, Panchkula. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time, which is nice for focusing. We run Naukriguru.Com from here. Even though the name sounds like a big website, we are just a small team in Haryana. We help people find jobs, mostly by looking through what’s available and matching them up. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and making calls. Sometimes we have people stop by the house to drop off a resume or ask for advice. We don't have a big sign out front or anything. It’s just a regular house. We’ve been here for a while, and we like that we can work in a comfortable environment. Panchkula is a good place for this kind of work. We see a lot of young people looking for their first start and older folks looking for a change. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just try to be useful. There’s no corporate talk here. We just sit around the table and figure out the best way to help someone get hired. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s good work. The internet is our main tool, but the personal connection is what keeps us going. Sector 8 is a good spot, and we’re happy to be here doing our bit for the job seekers in town.
