Munshi Ram & Sons is located at Scf 3 in the Sector 32 area of Sadashiva Nagar. It’s an older building, and you can tell by the way the doors creak a little when you open them. We don’t use any computer systems for our records; everything is written down in big bound books by hand. It takes longer, but it’s how we’ve always done it. People in Sadashiva Nagar know us as a fixture of Sector 32. Sometimes they just stop by to say hello or sit on the bench outside for a few minutes. We don’t try to make the shop look like a modern store because that’s not who we are. It’s a bit cluttered and the lighting is a little dim in the back, but it works for what we do.
