Our spot is 5861 in the Duplex Modern Complex over in Mani Majra. Mohan Fibre Products Ltd. has been operating out of this unit for a while. It’s a manufacturing area, so you’ll hear the hum of machines and the sound of people moving things around all day long. The complex is a bit of a maze if you haven't been here before, but we are easy enough to find once you get the hang of the building numbers. We work with fiber, which means there’s always a bit of dust in the air and plenty of scrap material lying around in the bins. We have a main floor where the actual production happens and then a small area tucked away for the office work. It’s not exactly a "modern" office in the way people think now—it’s just a place to get the job done. We have a clock on the wall that's been there since we opened, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. Our shifts start early, and we usually have a break around mid-morning to stretch our legs outside. Mani Majra is a busy hub, so there’s always noise from the nearby shops and the traffic on the main road. We keep our heads down and focus on making sure the output is consistent. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s ours and we’ve built it up year by year.
