Our place is on the first floor of Plot No-40 in the Phase-2 Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we’re moving materials around, but we’ve made it work for us. Being in an industrial zone means there’s constant noise from the neighbors, but it also means we’re right in the middle of everything. We do a lot of different manufacturing tasks here. It’s mostly metal parts and components that go into bigger machines. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and oil, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It’s just the nature of the job. We have a few machines running most of the day. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure orders get done on time. We don't have a front desk or anyone to answer phones in a suit. If the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands on a rag and picks it up. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. We don't do much in the way of decoration. There are just some old calendars on the wall and a small corner for tea. It’s a practical space for practical work. We focus on the specs people give us and try to get the dimensions right. That’s the most important part of being in Phase-2, I think.
