Maxgars Nutraceuticals Limited is located in Sector 8C of Chandigarh. Our office is at House Number 1264. We work in the field of nutraceuticals, which is basically health supplements. It’s an important area because people want to feel better. We aren't a massive pharmaceutical factory. We are a smaller company operating out of a house in a nice part of town. Sector 8C is quite central. We spend our time researching different vitamins and minerals. We don't use a lot of fancy medical jargon when we talk to people. We just try to explain what the supplements are for. It's a busy household with all the stock coming in and going out. We have to be very organized with the labels and the expiry dates. It's not the most glamorous job, sitting among boxes of bottles all day, but it feels good to be in the health business. We don't have a big sales team. Most of our work is done through direct contacts and local distribution. We aren't trying to be the next big global brand. We just want to provide decent products to the local market and beyond. Being in Chandigarh helps because it’s a hub for this kind of thing. We just take it day by day and try to keep our customers satisfied with what they buy from us. It is hard work but it keeps us focused on health.
