Shiva Weavers Pvt. Ltd. is based at No. 788 in the Industrial Area Phase-2. Being in an industrial zone means we are right in the middle of all the manufacturing action. Our building is a large warehouse-style space that houses all our weaving equipment. It’s a very loud environment once the looms get going, but that’s the sound of work being done. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow and change around us. The building itself is nothing special to look at—just concrete and metal—but it serves us well. We spend most of our time maintaining the machines and making sure the threads are moving correctly. It requires a lot of attention to detail and a lot of patience. We aren't a big, polished company with a fancy office. Our office is usually just a desk in the corner covered in paperwork and spare parts. The people who work here are mostly from the local area, and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We just show up every morning, turn on the lights, and get to it. There’s a lot of satisfaction in seeing the finished product at the end of a long shift. We stay at number 788 because it’s where we belong. It’s just a place where people work hard and things get made. We don't really need anything more than that to be happy. Mostly it is just about keeping the looms humming along nicely.
