S & S Tex Associates

Our office is at Scf No. 338 on the 2nd Floor. We are in the New Motor Market in Mani Majra. It’s a bit of an odd place for a textile-related business, being surrounded by mechanics and spare parts shops, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten to know the guys downstairs pretty well. You have to climb a flight of stairs to get to us. The office is simple—just some desks, some fabric samples, and a lot of ledgers. We spend most of our time talking to suppliers and trying to match up what people want with what we can find. It’s about building relationships more than anything else. Mani Majra is a busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the motors being tested outside. We don’t mind it. It’s a lively atmosphere. S & S Tex Associates is just a small operation. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything. If you call, you’re probably going to talk to one of the three of us who are always here. We try to keep our overhead low and our work honest. Sometimes we have to hunt through a lot of catalogs to find the right material, but that’s the job. It's a good place to work, even if the parking in the motor market is a nightmare. We just make it work the best we can.
