We run Bhatia Lic Services & Solutions from our place at 475 Sector 32. It’s not some high-rise office with glass walls, just a regular space where we handle insurance and paperwork. Dealing with LIC stuff can be a headache for people because of all the forms and rules, so we try to help them navigate it. I’ve been doing this for years and I’ve seen just about every type of policy there is. My desk is usually buried under folders and notices from the head office. Sector 32 is a nice area, and we have many neighbors who stop by just to ask a quick question about their premiums or a nomination change. We don't have a team of salespeople trying to push things on you. Usually, it's just a conversation about what's going on in your life and what might make sense for the future. I’ve lived in Chandigarh a long time, so I understand how things work here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it's peaceful enough to catch up on the filing. We aren't trying to be some massive agency. We just like being the local spot where people can get their questions answered without feeling rushed or confused. If you see the number 475 on the gate, that’s us. We stay busy, but there’s always time for a quick chat if someone drops in to settle their accounts.
