We are located at House No 256 in Sector 29-A, right here in Chandigarh. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels quite calm compared to the main markets. The building is an older one, but it serves our purposes well enough for the immigration work we do. People come in with all sorts of questions about moving abroad or getting their papers in order. We spend a lot of time reading through rules and trying to make sense of different forms. It’s a lot of paper, to be honest. Our desks are usually covered in folders and notes. We don't have a receptionist, so one of us usually just looks up when the bell rings. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. Chandigarh is a planned city, so at least our address is easy for people to find once they get into Sector 29-A. We started this small consultancy because we knew how confusing the whole process could be. It’s just a few of us here, and we don’t have any fancy marketing. We mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. The days can be long, especially when there’s a deadline for an application, but we manage. We just keep our heads down and do the work, one file at a time. It's a modest setup but it’s ours, and we’ve been here at 160020 for quite a while now.
