At Healthyway Immigration Consultant (P) Ltd, our office is located at House Number 9 in Sector 45/A. It’s a fairly quiet area of Chandigarh, which is actually good because immigration paperwork takes a whole lot of concentration and patience. We have been helping people with their visas and all the legal documents for a long time now. There is always a big pile of paper sitting on the desks, and it feels like the filing cabinets are full to the top most days. We aren’t trying to be some big, scary firm that makes people feel nervous. We are just regular people who have learned how the system works over the years. People often come in feeling very worried about their applications, so we just sit down and go through the forms one by one. It involves a lot of waiting for news from the different embassies, which can be very stressful for the families involved. We try to keep things realistic and don't make promises we can't keep. My sister handles most of the initial talks with the families who walk in. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone doing fancy ads. Most of our clients come to us because their cousin or a neighbor told them we were okay to work with. The office has some older chairs and a clock that is always five minutes fast.
