About Front Office Executive With An Immigration Office – Visa & Immigration Consultant in Chandigarh
Working at the front desk here in Karnal is always interesting. Our office is tucked away in D.C. Colony, at house number five, and it’s a pretty busy spot most of the week. People come in all the time asking about visas and how to move to other countries. I spend most of my day answering the phone and sorting out files that people drop off. It’s an immigration office, so there’s a lot of paperwork to keep track of. Sometimes the lobby gets full of people waiting to talk to the consultants, and I have to make sure everyone knows whose turn it is next. It can be a bit stressful when someone is in a hurry, but we just do what we can. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though parking can be a bit of a headache on the street. I’ve been here a while now, so I know most of the regulars who are going through the process. We don't have any big posters or fancy decorations, just the desks and the computers we need to get things done. Haryana gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioning is usually running full blast. It’s just a normal office job where we try to help folks get their documents in order so they can head overseas. We’re usually here from morning until late afternoon, just plugging away at the forms.
