Icfai has its presence here in Mohali. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have in this part of Punjab. We don’t have a long, complicated address to give out, just the town itself is where you’ll find our people working. The office is a basic space where we handle our daily operations. It’s mostly about education and administration, so there’s always a lot of paperwork and files moving around. We don’t go in for big, shiny displays or trying to impress people with fancy lobbies. It’s just a place where work happens. Most of us have been living in or around Mohali for years, so we know the area well. The vibe in the office is pretty relaxed but we stay focused on what needs to be done. There’s usually a pot of tea going and the sound of keyboards clicking. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows their role and just gets on with it. We don't use corporate talk or have long meetings that go nowhere. We prefer to just talk to each other directly and solve things as they come up. Mohali is a good place to be, and our little corner of it suits us just fine. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest and it keeps us occupied. If you’re looking for a big corporate experience, this probably isn’t it. We’re just local people doing our bit.
