Continental Device India Ltd

Continental Device India Ltd is up here in Kalka, right on Parade Street. Being in the Panchkula district gives it a different feel compared to the busy Delhi offices. We are at House Number 839. It’s a bit quieter here, which is nice for focusing on the work. We handle various device parts and keep them organized in our storage rooms. The building is a standard house that we’ve converted for our business use. Kalka is a transit point for many, so we see a lot of movement nearby. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. Just a small plate with the name. Inside, it’s just a few of us making sure everything runs smoothly. We spend a lot of time counting stock and checking the quality of the electronics. The weather stays a bit cooler here than in the plains, which helps with keeping the components in good shape. We don't have a lot of meetings or corporate talk. We just discuss what needs to be shipped out that day. It’s a very straightforward business. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we have to wait a bit to update the records on the computer. We’ve been here a while and the locals know who we are. It’s a decent place to work without all the noise of a big city. We just keep our heads down and do the daily tasks.
