Cogent Engineering Systems

Our place is over at Plot 26/3 in Phase-Ii, which isn't too far from Tribune Chowk. It can get pretty loud around here with all the industrial stuff going on every day. We work on engineering systems, mostly just getting our hands dirty and making things work like they are supposed to. The shop floor is where most of the action happens. We have some machines that have been with us for years now. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there’s usually some grease or metal scraps on the floor, but that’s the nature of the work. Cogent Engineering Systems is basically just a group of us who know how to handle these setups. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and then trying to figure out why a part isn't fitting quite right. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing here besides the lathes. Sometimes the commute near the chowk is a total mess in the mornings, but once we get inside and get started, we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. We just talk over the noise and get the jobs done. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We’ve been in this industrial area for a good while now and know most of the neighbors around us.
