Royal Engineering

You can find us over at Gate No-558 in Shinde Basti Nigoje, right in the Chakan MIDC area. We’re pretty close to the Mahindra Agency, which makes us easy to locate if you’re driving through that section. Royal Engineering has been part of this industrial neighborhood for a good bit now. The yard usually has some steel stacked up waiting to be moved inside for processing. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't spend money on stuff we don't need, so the workshop is mostly just tools and workbenches. The guys here have been working with metal for a long time and they know their way around a welder. We mostly deal with mechanical parts and whatever fabrication work comes our way. The traffic around Chakan can be a real headache, especially in the mornings, but once we’re inside the gates, we just focus on the machines. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention or things go wrong quickly. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. There isn't much to say about our history other than we showed up and started working. We aren't some big corporation with levels of management and meetings. If there's a problem, we just talk about it on the floor and fix it. It's noisy, greasy, and honest work. We keep the doors open for the breeze when it’s hot outside. That's about all there is to it.
