Japtech Engicorp is located over at Plot No 55, Gat No 444/2 in the Success Industrial Park. If you know Chakan, we are right opposite Mahindra and Mahindra Gate No 8A in Nighoje. Chakan is a heavy industrial area, so there are always big trucks and containers moving around outside. It can be quite dusty and loud, but that is just the nature of working in an industrial park like Success. Our plot is one of many in this section of Nighoje. We spend most of our time inside the facility dealing with the day's work. It’s a practical space designed for utility rather than looks. The area around Gate No 8A is usually very busy during shift changes. We have to plan our arrivals and departures around the traffic of the larger factories nearby. Inside our unit, things are organized so we can get through the workload without too much trouble. We don't have a fancy lounge or anything. Just the workshop floor and a small area for the paperwork. The weather in Pune can get hot, and out here in Chakan, you really feel it because there isn't much shade. We have been at this location for some time now and have grown accustomed to the rhythm of the industrial park. Everyone around here is focused on their own production and logistics. It’s a hardworking environment, and we fit right into that local culture of just getting the job done without any extra fuss or ceremony.
