Xiano Pharm Ltd. is based at Plot No. 62 in Pocket 3, Sector 21. It’s a bit tucked away, which is nice because it’s not as chaotic as the main markets. The building is a simple structure. We don't have a giant sign or anything, just a small one by the gate. We’ve been operating from this plot for several years. Inside, the space is mostly dedicated to storage and a small area for the office work. We spend a lot of our time checking the inventory and making sure everything is stored exactly how it should be. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy. The street in Pocket 3 can be a bit tight, so when the delivery trucks arrive, we usually have to go out and help them navigate. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know the business inside out. We don't really have formal meetings; we just talk across our desks. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather focus on getting the orders out on time. We usually have the window open if the weather is nice, though the dust can be a bit much sometimes. It’s an honest, local operation. We know our regulars and we know the neighborhood. Sector 21 is a comfortable place for us to work. We just show up every morning and get through the list of tasks for the day.
